Effectiveness of Brain-based Teaching Strategy on Students’ Achievement and Score Levels in Heat Energy

Physics is an important subject taught at the secondary level in Nigeria but achievement of students a concern to science educators. This study investigated effectiveness brain-based teaching strategy (BTS) on students’ and score levels concept heat energy. investigation adopted pretest, posttest, randomized control group quasi-experimental design. Simple random sampling technique was used select two schools for this study. Two research questions were raised guide Likewise, null hypotheses tested acceptance or otherwise 0.05 significance level. The sample involved ninety nine senior school randomly selected from Ondo, Nigeria. instruments gather data with internal consistency 0.74 using Kuder Richarson Formular 21. collected analysed mean, t-test Analysis Covariance (ANCOVA). Findings reveals that has significant effect physics concludes should be teach energy order better grades.
